How to order?

Feel free to use our built in shopping cart. Select the items you wish to purchase and click checkout. The built in system will automatically calculates the total and you will received an invoice from us with our bank details for you to make the payment. For bulk purchase and international orders, please contact us by email.

When do I expect to receive the items?

Orders are process immediately after payment has been confirmed and it will arrive at your doorstep within 4 working days.

Which shipping courier do you use?

Depending on the weight, size and the location of delivery, we will use courier services such as Poslaju and City-Link. Both courier services come with tracking number that can be tracked online. We will send you the tracking number once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Pick-up from DHL or FedEx can be arranged for international orders.

What if the Ink / Toner cartridge I received is defective?

All our Cartridges and Toners have gone through stringent quality control process and it is very unlikely that you will receive item that is defective. In the event that there is some printing issue with the Ink / Toner cartridges, we will replace a new one immediately as soon as you are able to send back the said defective item to us.

What is the payment method?

You can pay by cash, cheque, and online transfer to our Public Bank account. For international orders, we accept TT payment. For other payment method, please contact us.
